Dan O’Neil of Signature Premier Properties is a full-time listing specialist and neighborhood expert. As a resident of Long Island his entire life, Dan has been able to quickly take the Real Estate world by storm. He is most known for his unique marketing strategies, and his ability to sell all of his listings for top dollar. In his few years of experience, he has already shattered records in his hometown of East Setauket, Smithtown, Port Jeff Station and Selden. His Enthusiasm, drive, knowledge, and work ethic has brought his career to the top, and is why he is recognized as one of the up and coming stars in the Real Estate field.
After graduating in the summer of 2016 from Coastal Carolina with a business degree, Dan pursued his true passion, Real Estate. What separates Dan from his competition is that his overall devotion to each and every client. Wether it is selling or buying, he is always available wether it’s 6 am or 10 pm. Every client he works with becomes like family to him. -When he is not working (which is never!), Dan likes to watch sports (golf, Hockey, Football, baseball), spend time with his family and friends, and give back to his community. He has organized many community service events, including outreaches with the lighthouse mission, Relay for Life fundraisers, Toy Drives, and his most famous in which he partnered up with the LI pour house to feed over 250 people who were without a home or a place to be on Thanksgiving Day.
