Mr. Hoch has had a professional career in Information Technology and Real Estate that spans 25 years. He has extensive experience in building high performance teams, leadership, mentorship and service delivery excellence. Most recently he was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Colliers International based out of Jericho, NY. In his capacity there, he worked as a Tenant and Landlord Rep on a number of complex projects. Mr. Hoch joined The Kulka Group because it a progressive Real Estate focused organization that is fully embracing every facet of technology and innovation. He is extremely excited to be part of this progressive team and to help pave the journey into the future.
In his time away from the office, Mr. Hoch has been involved with numerous philanthropic activities. He has done fundraising for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, American Cancer Society Walk to End Breast Cancer and Long Island Cares. Most recently he participated in 2020 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man and Woman of the Year Campaign, where he was one of the top producers for the year. He also served on The Board of Directors for the Hebrew Academy of Nassau County where he was instrumental in the outsourcing of their outdated IT function to a high performing provider with modern technology.
